The monitoring program will use satellite and drone images to estimate in real-time, the abundance of seabirds in the South Pacific ocean. A new method will be developed to estimate the abundance of sharks and of sea turtles in this ocean. All of these estimates will be streamed in real time to the biodiversity dashboard. The number of ex-fishermen employed at the fish farm along with the number of large fishing vessels that have been scrapped by the firm will also be streamed in real time to the dashboard.
